Usage

Warning: current releases of SoloWiki require Java Runtime Environment version 1.5 or later.

Installation

To install SoloWiki download the current version from Download page. If the file is compressed (zip or tar.gz), decompress it in a location of your choice.

Running

Double click solowiki.jar file or type in console (from the directory where you put the files)

java -jar solowiki.jar

SoloWiki user interface will shows up, then

1. Type text with Mediawiki markup language in the Edit tab
2. generate HTML preview using Actions->Preview menu
3. switch to Output tab to see the result

Update

Download the update file from this website or the auto update feature from the Help menu. Then extract the content from the zip file to the installation directory.
